Legislative district 23 is located entirely within Prince George's County. The district stretches from Rosaryville State Park at the southern end to South Laurel at the northern end. The district mainly runs along the Route 301 (Crain Highway) corridor. All or parts of several communities within the district including Bowie, Kettering, South Laurel, Marlton, Mitchellville, Rosaryville, and Upper Marlboro.
