General Election Day in Maryland is Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Early voting will start on October 22nd and ends on October 29th. Polling locations will be open from 7:00am to 8:00pm daily.
Legislative district 23 is located entirely within Prince George's County. The district stretches from the Marlton community, near Rosaryville State Park, at the southern end to Laurel's Snow Hill neighborhood at the northern end. The district mainly runs along the Route 301 (Crain Highway) corridor. All or parts of several communities are within the district including Bowie, Kettering, South Laurel, Marlton, Mitchellville, Rosaryville, and Upper Marlboro.
